Order Cancellations: Cancellations will be valid only if requested instantly after placing the purchasing order. However, if the placed order has already been shipped or processed, the cancellation demand cannot be processed.

Perishable Products: We do not accept cancellations for fragile products like flour, grains, and some other natural products. However, if the quality of the purchased product is compromised, we provide a refund or replacement after item verification.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you get a defective or damaged order, please freely contact our service team within 7 days of product delivery. The request will be evaluated before processing a refund or replacement.

Wrong Product: If the order you get is completely different from what was viewed on our site, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our support team will check out the issue and take strict action.

Warranty Claims: For all those items that are covered under a seller’s warranty, consumers are guided to contact the manufacturer directly.

Refund Processing: If a refund is accepted, it will be processed within 6-8 working days to the real payment gateways.
